Individual Packages
1. (Individual) Cardio, Agility, Strength, Health & Wellness Program
During this one (1) hour session we will focus on the client's ability to control their natural body movements. Making them better athletes by improved balance, footwork IQ, and overall body development and performance. This program will use anything from cones, agility ladders, clients' own body weight, running parachutes, lightweights, and more.
Pricing:
Single (1) Session — $60
Four (4) Session Bundle — $215
Eight (8) Session Bundle — $425 (twice a week for 1-month)
2. (Individual) Basketball Skill & Development Training
During this one (1) hour session we will focus on the client's ability to master the basics of the sport. This includes ball-handling, shooting, dribbling, defensive movements, agility, strong and weak hand development, and basketball endurance.
This program will use anything from cones, agility ladders, multiple basketballs, tennis balls, contact mitts, and more. The focus will always be raising the bar and the level of desire for the sport.
Pricing:
Single (1) Session — $70
Four (4) Session Bundle — $260
Eight (8) Session Bundle — $500 (twice a week for 1-month)
Team / Group Packages
3. Professional / High School / AAU Teams Cardio, Agility & Strength Program
During this one (1) hour session we will focus on the group/team's ability to control their natural body movements. Making each individual a better athlete by improved balance, footwork IQ, and overall body development and performance. This program will use anything from cones, agility ladders, clients' own body weight, running parachutes, lightweights, jump ropes, and more.
(Group Size Not To Exceed 12 Persons)

Single (1) Session — $175
Four (4) Session Bundle — $600
Eight (8) Session Bundle — $1,200 (twice a week for 1-month)
4. Professional / High School / AAU Teams Basketball Skill & Development Program
During this one (1) hour session we will focus on the group/team's ability to master the basics of the sport. This includes ball-handling, shooting, dribbling, defensive movements, agility, strong and weak hand development, and basketball endurance.
We will incorporate NBA/WNBA level drills, schemes, and team drills with the overall goal to increase chemistry, flow, and skill. This program will use anything from cones, agility ladders, multiple basketballs, tennis balls, contact mitts, and more. The focus will always be raising the bar and the level of desire for the sport.
(Group Size Not To Exceed 12 Persons)

Eight (8) Session Bundle — $1,500 (twice a week for 1-month)
5. Family Fun Package
During this one (1) hour session we will focus on the group's ability to control their natural body movements. Making each individual a better athlete by improved balance, footwork IQ, and overall body development and performance. This program is set up to be fun and relaxing. Getting cardio fun with the family. We will incorporate anything from mountain climbers, star jumps, push-ups, burpees, squats, leg raises. We will use anything from cones, agility ladders, the client's own body weight, running parachutes, lightweights, jump ropes, and more.

6. Special Arrangement Travel Sessions
